Gia Tate Villa, MAT (She/They) is an Air Force brat turned advertising exec, turned classroom teacher, turned e-commerce facilitator & speaker. She’s currently a Facilitator at Shopify and also a writer, photographer, and poet. They facilitate sessions of value in which folks walk away with tangible outcomes in spaces that are both authentic and effective is their thing.
Jasmine Jackson (She/They) has a passion for empathetic and holistic DEI practices and mentalities. She’s a DEI specialist at Iterable engaging in everything from dynamic strategizing to opportunity-maximizing programming. Jasmine approaches things with an intersectional lens and compassionate heart, making them extra perfect for this panel.
Peter-James Redmond (He/Him) is a Workplace Experience Specialist at Netflix and previously managed at Dropbox, Kickstarter and Canary. He has a background in interior design, is the chapter head of Out in Tech NYC and a recipient of the Fulton Street Fellowship aimed at diversifying the wine industry through education, access and opportunity.
Rahul Kothari (He/Him) is the multi-talented Head of Product Marketing at Tome and recent Global Product Marketing Lead at TikTok. Rahul has also led Product Marketing at Frame.io and Business Marketing at BuzzFeed.
Karl Velasco (He/Him) is an Executive Creative Director at cultldn. Karl has worked at the forefront of digital and creative innovation, and has overseen integrated campaigns across emerging channels, TV, print, digital and social as well as leading and mentoring agency teams. He’s created for brands like Dior, Diesel, Carolina Herrera, LVMH, Coty, Mac Cosmetics and Burberry.
